Our Story
Founded in 2000 by Stephen Shea, Aeration Technology, Inc. was built from the ground up on a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for the golf industry. What began as a specialist in cultural practices grew, project by project, into a full-scale golf course construction and renovation firm trusted across Florida and the Southeast.
In 2005, William “Billy” Cevaal joined the team, bringing lead-shaping expertise to every renovation and build. Today the company operates as A.T.I. Golf Services — delivering precision grading, advanced irrigation, expert bunker shaping, and the cultural programs that keep turf performing — while continuing to serve more than 600 clubs and 500+ athletic fields with agronomic work throughout the state.
