Founded in 2000 by Stephen Shea, Aeration Technology, Inc. (A.T.I.) has specialized in golf course renovation, construction, and maintenance for 25 years. Led today by Michael Shea, with lead shaper Billy Cevaal, our team delivers precision grading, advanced irrigation, expert bunker shaping, and cultural practices that enhance playing conditions — collaborating closely with golf course architects, superintendents, and owners from our main office in Naples and satellite office in Fort Lauderdale.
